Commercial - $699
This service is for small commercial service businesses. If you have tools and equipment to provide a service and want to protect your livelihood, this is the package for you. This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken. It could be of the improvements to the building you work out of, of the work truck you use or just of all your tools. This is entered into inventory specific software to generate reports by location, by category and by items alphabetically in a PDF.
- Digital video recording. This shows scale and detail where applicable.
- A maximum of 5 hours on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly.(see time rates below)
- DVD copies of the documentation. All the recordings are edited and burnt onto a DVD for you to store.
RESIDENTIAL
Maximum Protection - $449
This is the best and most comprehensive coverage we offer. This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken of all your possessions valued over $300. We also record all the detailed information such as make, model, and serial number. This is entered into inventory specific software to generate reports by location, by category and by items alphabetically in a PDF.
- Digital video recording. This is a video recording of each room and can be used to create an itemized list of all your belongings with absolute certainty.
- A maximum of 3 hours on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly. (see time rates below)
- DVD copies of the documentation. All the recordings are edited and burnt onto a DVD for you to store.
- A FREE six month update. We will return to your premises six months from your original inventory to update your inventory to keep it current.(see update below)
Images - $329
Photographic documentation is the focus here. You will get the same great attention to detail. This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken of all your possessions valued over $300 and all the detailed information such as make, model and serial numbers are recorded for these items. - A maximum of 2 hours on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly. (see time rates below)

Quick Inventory - $199
This is a quick walk through video recording each room and shooting photographs of 10 individual items. With this document you will be able to make an insurance claim with confidence. This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken of 10 specific items. You pick the ten and we will shoot them and record all the detailed information such as make, model, and serial number. This is entered into inventory specific software to generate reports by location, by category and by items alphabetically in a PDF.
- Digital video recording. This is a video recording of each room and can be used to create an itemized list of all your belongings with absolute certainty.
- A maximum of 1 hour on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly. (see time rates below)
- DVD copies of the documentation. All the recordings are edited and burnt onto a DVD for you to store.
Collections - $149
Do you have a collection that you love and have spent countless dollars on? This is a great way to spotlight those valuable pieces and ensure they are covered and will be replaced by your insurance, should something tragic happen. This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken of 30 specific items. We will shoot the items and any documentation related to those items.
- Digital video recording of the collection.
- A maximum of 1 hour on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly. (see time rates below)
- DVD copies of the documentation. All the recordings are edited and burnt onto a DVD for you to store.
Renovations/updates - $149
Home improvements are costly and you want to make sure the same quality products are used as replacements. What unique, built in features will need to be replaced in the event of a total loss? This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken of the renovations/updates. Such things as flooring, cabinets and fireplaces just name a few.
- A maximum of 1 hour on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly. (see time rates below)
- DVD copies of the documentation. All the recordings are edited and burnt onto a DVD for you to store.
AUTOMOTIVE
Vehicle Plan - $99
This is ideal for anyone who has invested in and improved their vehicle in any manner (special tires, rims, paint, audio gear, etc.) You want to ensure all your unique modifications are covered by your insurance and that you will get your investment back if something unfortunate like a theft or fire happens. This package includes:
- Digital photographs are taken of the unique highlights of the vehicle along with written information.
- Digital video recording. We will video the details inside and out.
- A maximum of ½ hour on site. All additional time required will be assessed, authorized and billed accordingly. (see time rates below)
- DVD copies of the documentation. All the recordings are edited and burnt onto a DVD for you to store.
UPDATE
Annual – Based on the time required
The next important step in the inventory documenting process is to maintain an accurate and up to date account of your possessions. To maintain an accurate and up to date inventory we recommend an update every twelve months. The update is based on your last inventory package. For example; if your previous inventory was the Maximum Protection Plan, we would video record everything again, take digital photographs of all new items valued over $300 and create a new DVD with the current date. This update ensures the accuracy and the legitimacy of the document. This update option is for:
- Inventories previously conducted by Trusted Inventory
- The same residence of the original inventory
- A previous inventory/update is less than twenty four (24) months old
STORAGE
Annual - $25
We will store your inventory in an undisclosed, highly secured location. This ensures you will always have access to your inventory should your copy become damaged or destroyed.
Time rates: additional time will be charged at $40 per hour. Each extra hour on site equals two more additional hours in the office for a total of three hours. $120 is charged per additional hour on site because it represents 3 total additional hours. (3 hours X $40/hr = $120)
