We are a hired, professional, unbiased third party, documenting possessions while adhering to a strict code of conduct. The insurance industry and the home inventory industry share similarly aligned goals. We both want to thoroughly prepare for the worst type of situations, to give an unparalleled level of asset protection to our clients, and to expedite the claim process.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE?
Yes! We do insist that you are there and with us during the entire inventory. Even though we have complete liability insurance coverage for your protection, as well as ours you must be there.
WHAT ITEMS WILL YOU DOCUMENT?
During your complimentary asset assessment, we will establish the parameters of the work to be performed and come to an agreement of which rooms and what items will be inventoried.
